Dates: March 11, 18 & 25th and April 1, 8, & 5th
On this liquid fast you may drink any amount of tea, hot chocolate, juices or water.
If you must eat before taking medication as prescribed by your doctor please follow your doctor's order.
In that case we invite you to participate in the spirit of the fast by choosing to give up a favorite food, e.g. a dessert of fruit or beverage etc. on fast days.
Most important of all during this time of prayer and fasting is to add a little extra time to your normal prayer time.
